4FRNT Skis, Inc Return Policy

4FRNT will honor returns on new items, in original packaging for 30 days after order was placed if the following criteria is met:

  • A return authorization number (RA Number) was obtained email at skierservice@4frnt.com or by phone at 1-801-975-9500.
  • All returned products must be in new condition with zero wear, the original packaging, and all tags/stickers/films still attached.
  • Returned items must be enclosed in their original packaging. This includes all boxes, plastic containers, plastic bags, and equivalent protective packaging.
  • All returned items are inspected; used and damaged items will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
  • Please note: Shipping fees, duties, taxes or brokerage fees are non-refundable.
  • If desired, 4FRNT can offer return shipping label at the customers expense. 

Guaranteed to Love it or Return it

4FRNT guarantees to the Original Purchaser that genuine 4FRNT skis can be returned if the customer is not completely satisfied.

This offer is based on the following terms:

  • The skis are from the current years collection, purchased no later than May 1st
  • The skis show no damage upon return
  • The skis were purchased at a price within the Minimum Advertised Price policy and from an Authorized 4FRNT Reseller (including Authorized Online Resellers)
  • The skis reveal no more than 5 days of use, or no later than 30 days after the purchase date

 The Original Purchaser must present a Guaranteed to Love it or Return it evaluation form when returning the ski, as provided by 4FRNT Skier Service, skierservice@4frnt.com. The skis will only be accepted by the dealer which it was purchased from, and only if the evaluation form is completed and within terms outlined herein.

The Authorized 4FRNT Dealer will recover your skis will refund 100% the skis cost, bindings not included, in form of store credit or cash, upon their discretion. The Authorized 4FRNT Dealer has the upmost authority to refuse the take back if the ski fails to comply with the terms outlined herein.

This offer is currently only valid within sales occurring in North America.

Price Change Policy

4FRNT from time to time will update prices on 4FRNT.com. If a price has been changed within 72hrs of your order, either by a promotion, or a reduction in the listed price, 4FRNT will honor the price change by the following process.

  • Customer surfaces price change to 4FRNT via email to skierservice@4frnt.com
  • 4FRNT will issue store credit in the amount of the difference.
  • Store credit will expire 30 days after issue date.
