Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs when returning an item for a Return or a Money-Back Guarantee. You should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item to guarantee that we receive your returned item.

Photo Proof

For unused returns, please include a photo of the product in it's original packaging. If the item is within a box, please take the item out of the box for photo proof. 

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item.  Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

**Refunds take 1-3 business days to post and process. If you haven’t received a refund after 3 business days, please double-check with your bank and/or credit card company.
