Products much be new and in original packaging within 90 days of purchase to be considered for returns. We will review your submission and then notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. If you have any other questions or concerns about your request please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call at (801) 975-9500.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you were approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The amount of time before you see a credit on your card is dependent on your payment provider so please contact them with any further inquires as to that timeline.
You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs when returning an item for our Money Back Guarantee. You should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you qualify for our warranty then we will provide a prepaid return label that can be used to send back any defective product.
Not seeing your refund?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please double check with your bank and or credit card company first. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted and processed depending on your card provider. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us and we will help you troubleshoot:
