To return a product that is new/unused, fill out the form below. Products must be new and in original packaging within 30 days of purchase to be considered for returns. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs when returning an item for a Return or a Money Back Guarantee. You should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item to guarantee that we receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you were approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The amount of time before you see a credit on your card is dependent on your payment provider so please contact them with any further inquiries as to that timeline.

Not seeing your refund?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please double check with your bank and or credit card company first. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted and processed depending on your card provider.
