4FRNT Limited Warranty Statement
4FRNT Skis, LLC warrants to the Original Purchaser that genuine 4FRNT products purchased from an Authorized 4FRNT Reseller (including Authorized Online Resellers) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period specified below from the original date of purchase. We will repair or replace the product if, upon inspection, we find the product to be defective in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, abuse, negligence, impact, repairs or alterations outside of our facility, damage occurring as a result of use after a potential defect is noticed, or improper mounting of bindings. Specifically, our warranty does not cover: impact damage caused by rails, boxes, rocks, stumps or any other contact with a surface other than snow, scratches, chips, cosmetic blemishes or indentations on the topsheet, sidewalls, edges or bases, and damage to the ski caused by improper mounting or adjustment of bindings, including binding mountings pulling out of the ski.
The Original Purchaser must request warranty evaluation of his or her product promptly upon becoming aware of a potential defect (and prior to the expiration of the applicable warranty period) by taking the damaged product to any 4FRNT Dealer listed in the Dealer section of our website, along with the original Proof of Purchase and a description of the circumstances under which the damage being evaluated occurred. The Authorized 4FRNT Dealer will ship the damaged product to 4FRNT at the Original Purchaser's expense. 4FRNT must receive the product at its warranty facility within 14 days of the date the warranty evaluation is requested. Failure to request warranty evaluation promptly upon becoming aware of a potential defect or failure to have the product delivered to 4FRNT within the 14-day period will result in a denial of the warranty claim.
4FRNT DEALERS ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO MAKE WARRANTY EVALUATIONS AND WE ARE NOT BOUND BY ANY STATEMENTS MADE BY SUCH DEALERS.
Products returned to us for warranty evaluation shall be inspected by one of our warranty repair technicians. If the problem is judged by us to be due to a defect in materials or workmanship and not a result of causes not within the scope of this warranty, we will repair, or replace (with an identical or reasonably equivalent product), the product at our election, or we may elect to refund the purchase price (less reasonable depreciation based on actual use) if we cannot provide a replacement. Our determination concerning defects in materials and workmanship are final. In the event we determine that the product was defective within the scope of this warranty, we will return the repaired or replacement product at our expense. If we determine that there is no defect, that the damage resulted from causes not within the scope of this warranty or that the damage did not result from or occur under the circumstances represented to us by the customer, we will deny the warranty claim and storage and or return of the product will be at the expense of the person requesting the warranty evaluation.
4FRNT MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO OUR PRODUCTS AND EXCLUDES ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
This warranty extends only to the person who purchased the product from an Authorized 4FRNT Reseller (including authorized online resellers) (the “Original Purchaser”), and is not transferable. 4FRNT's sole liability, and the Original Purchaser's sole remedy, from this warranty are limited to repair and/or replacement of defective product. Under no circumstances shall 4FRNT be held liable for death or injuries to persons, damage to property, or for incidental, contingent or consequential damages or expenses arising from the use of 4FRNT products. Replacement products are warranted only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
