Details

Coming off an incredibly successful season, the Hoji returns more hungry for powder than ever before. Equipped with our multi-radius rocker profile, you get the best balance of powder performance and firm snow versatility. By slightly reducing the curvature of the rocker underfoot, we increased the effective edge to improve its capabilities in variable snow. At the same time we adjusted the tip and tail height to ensure you float with ease. Its stable yet energetic Aspen/Maple core makes for more pop and power than anything you’ve skied before at a weight that’s just as comfortable on the up as it is down. Whether you’re breaking trail on the skin track, picking your way through technical chutes, or slashing deep turns, you can count on the Hoji to step up to the challenge.

Available with our groundbreaking 4-Lock Skin Integration System!

Construction Features

1 Aspen Maple Core

Aspen Maple Core

Made from the highest quality Aspen and Maple Canada has to offer, these cores are loaded with unwavering energy and pop. These pure hardwood cores don’t just guarantee a smooth damp right, but also provide long lasting durability and incredible binding retention.

2 Carbon Fiber

Carbon Fiber

When stability and energy are a must and weight is a factor, we add pre stretched carbon fiber stringers to the core. Far superior to the flex and pop of traditional fiberglass, carbon fiber gives you the liveliness you want at a weight that keeps your skis feeling light on your feet. These

3 Neotip

Neotip

After experimenting for years in the Whiteroom, we discovered that the addition of a Neoprene insert in the tip of the ski drastically reduced chatter, increased overall damping, and helped eliminate frustrating tip delamination.

Hoji Skis

Just like Noah described. These Hoji's are fantastic for every condition. Love them.

Pretty skittery when the going gets tough.

Work well in the powder but are a completely hooky fail in the wind crust or anything slightly stiffer than fluff. My 2011 EHPs are still my ski of choice in variable considions in the back country even though they are totally hammered.

Perfect all-around Pow ski

Mounted with Shifts for resort/side-country days and couldn't be happier. Intuitive mix of a directional ski when you want to pressure the tips but easy to break loose the tails as needed. Rocker/sidecuy profile makes them great in weird/variable snow too.

I waited too long

I’ve been eyeing up a Hoji for years now. I had an EHP way back and have very fond memories skiing that around UT/CO. I told myself I wanted to try some other reverse camber skis before I committed. After stacking some intel, this ski was not even in the same league. The fusion of maneuverability, speed stability, and versatility is unmatched. I knew this ski would be incredible in powder but what really surprised me is it’s performance in crud and hard snow. It still has enough beef that it doesn’t get jarred off course and remains lively, even when paired with a tech binding. Don’t do what I did, don’t miss another season without a Hoj.
