The MSP CC is a staple in the women’s lineup due to its incredible versatility and intuitive feel. As one of our most award winning skis, the MSP CC is capable of conquering every type of snow condition you come across. The CC refers to our Contour Core, a shift in the stiffest part of the core reward to better match a women’s path of power transmission from the hips. This enables you to initiate the side cut more quickly, giving you more control and a higher level of confidence while exploring the resort. It’s deep sidecut and light lively feel allows for effortless flow from turn to turn. When it snows, the 99mm waist width and smooth tip rocker enables you to float your way through the fresh goods! Everything you put into this ski you get right back, empowering you to ski harder than ever before.

MSP CC Geometry
We vertically laminate the highest quality poplar to form a smooth flex throughout the entire length of the ski, ensuring a crisp damp ride even in firm conditions. This lightweight hardwood is incredibly durable and resilient, making it the perfect construction for hard charging all mountain skis.
By using edge to edge titanal laminate to sandwich our wood cores, we increase the torsional rigidity of the ski without sacrificing liveliness. This addition to the core adds significant dampness and responsiveness to the ski, increasing its capabilities in variable conditions and stability at high speeds.
Best all mountain ski on the market
If you are looking for a ski that can hold its own in anything from groomers to fresh powder and chop, look no further. This ski was initially bought to bring out on the fresh snow days and use the old old skinny skis for days in between. After seeing how these perform, even when it hasn't snow in awhile, the old skis are now relegated to early season rock skis and these are the new daily drivers.
Great all around!
I purchased the MSP CC for my girlfriend who is a low intermediate skier. The MSP has made her confidence in the slopes soar. They are stable and will give her a great ski to use as her skills grow. Very happy with this purchase
I don't usually write reviews...
But this ski deserves a review. I was looking for a whole new resort set-up for this season after growing bored of my Salomon Stella 106's. I was torn between the MSP CC, the new Nordica Unleashed 98's and some other ski similar to the Nordica that I can't remember the name of right now. I ultimately decided that while Nordica does make a very good ski I was going to end up quickly bored again as they are really not that much different from my Stella's. (All the evidence you need for this is that both Salomon and Nordica are typical ski rentals at resorts, it's a one size fits all kinda ski). What I was looking for though is the spice of life that 4FRNT offers... and that is what sets them apart from other brands(IMO). I ended up purchasing the 171 cm MSP CC and put Look Pivot 12's on them - and cannot get enough of this set-up!!! As someone who typically skis more days per season in the backcountry than the resort, you can't keep me out of the resort! A blast on the groomers, truly shines off piste too - if you want to open up these guys, they want to fly: FAST! Couple things to note about 4FRNT: My skis were made in Slovenia, my partner just received a pair of the Hoji's and his were made in Canada. That is awesome to see when many skis are made in China these days. The emphasis on a ski designed very thoughtfully for women - it says it in the description "The CC refers to our Contour Core, a shift in the stiffest part of the core reward to better match a women’s path of power transmission from the hips." There is a noticeable difference. Now granted this is not a ski that allows for lazy form (skiing in the backseat/turning from the heels) you will quickly catch an edge as it reminds you that is not allowed here - so it can be challenging towards the end of the long day as the ski does not let you rest. But if you are interested in a ski that will progress your abilities the MSP CC will do that effectively. The product description is 100% spot-on and quite close to how I would describe it myself. What it comes down to is whatever you are willing to put into this ski, you will get out of it - and then some. There was clearly a great amount of thought put into the design of this ski, and if this description aligns with the type of skier you are or want to be then you will not be disappointed! PS - I am buying the Hoji CC's for next year as my touring set-up.
MSP CCs the only ski I want
I bought some MSP CC’s a couple seasons ago and they are my go to ski for any conditions. They are very stable and I can coach ski racing on them perfectly! When these wear out I plan to buy another pair!
Been skiing the MSP CC for a couple weeks and love it!! It can handle anything I throw at it from tree skiing, moguls, light powder days, and a days with some crusty ice. Went to a longer ski with this purchase so was a little worried about my turning radius in the trees but no issues so far. It can handle the hard pack without developing any chattering, would definitely purchase again.
