Details

The MSP CC is a staple in the women’s lineup due to its incredible versatility and intuitive feel. As one of our most award winning skis, the MSP CC is capable of conquering every type of snow condition you come across. The CC refers to our Contour Core, a shift in the stiffest part of the core reward to better match a women’s path of power transmission from the hips. This enables you to initiate the side cut more quickly, giving you more control and a higher level of confidence while exploring the resort. It’s deep sidecut and light lively feel allows for effortless flow from turn to turn. When it snows, the 99mm waist width and smooth tip rocker enables you to float your way through the fresh goods! Everything you put into this ski you get right back, empowering you to ski harder than ever before.

Construction Features

1 Poplar Core

Poplar Core

We vertically laminate the highest quality poplar to form a smooth flex throughout the entire length of the ski, ensuring a crisp damp ride even in firm conditions. This lightweight hardwood is incredibly durable and resilient, making it the perfect construction for hard charging all mountain skis.

2 Titanal Laminate

Titanal Laminate

By using edge to edge titanal laminate to sandwich our wood cores, we increase the torsional rigidity of the ski without sacrificing liveliness. This addition to the core adds significant dampness and responsiveness to the ski, increasing its capabilities in variable conditions and stability at high speeds.

3 Neotip

Neotip

After experimenting for years in the Whiteroom, we discovered that the addition of a Neoprene insert in the tip of the ski drastically reduced chatter, increased overall damping, and helped eliminate frustrating tip delamination.

4 Sintered Base

Sintered Base

This premium base material is known in the ski industry as ‘Race Base’ because it is fast AF! Integrated with carbon to further strengthen its gliding properties these 1.4 mm base are tough as can be, to ensure you go fast season after season.

I feel like a kid on these

I was one of those tree-trail’ing, side-jumping, wannabe ski racers in the 90s. But life took me away from skiing, my gear got sold, and when I wanted to get back into skiing I couldn’t find skis I liked. I demo’ed for YEARS, and every ski I tried felt chattery, heavy, mounted too far forward, etc. Then I found the MSPs. I planned a trip to demo them, and immediately fell in love from the first run. It was like I was back on my 90s Heads, totally comfortable going anywhere and doing anything. Powder? Totally. Trees? Yep. Moguls? Turn on a dime. The only change I’d make? I wish the CCs came in slightly longer lengths. I’m 5’8” and 160lbs, and the 171s are maybe a little short, but the MSP 99s in a 176 are a hair too long.

Rad skis

I am a lift mechanic in Utah and I needed a pair of skis that would take me from groomers to pow, trees to hard to access towers, and everything in between. These really do it all! They’ve seen a lot of use (usually 5-6 days of skiing a week) and I couldn’t have asked for a better daily driver. Plus I love the graphics!

Favorite new ski

Bought these for my wife recently. Just tried them out for a week in the French Alps. She says these skis can handle anything. Skied 6 hard charging days and these skis were great in powder, crud and ice. Handled on and off the runs. She says these are her new favorite skis.

Best all mountain ski on the market

If you are looking for a ski that can hold its own in anything from groomers to fresh powder and chop, look no further. This ski was initially bought to bring out on the fresh snow days and use the old old skinny skis for days in between. After seeing how these perform, even when it hasn't snow in awhile, the old skis are now relegated to early season rock skis and these are the new daily drivers.

Great all around!

I purchased the MSP CC for my girlfriend who is a low intermediate skier. The MSP has made her confidence in the slopes soar. They are stable and will give her a great ski to use as her skills grow. Very happy with this purchase
